PLASTICAIR STANDARD WARRANTY

Plasticair Inc. warrants all their products against defects in workmanship and materials for 12 months from the original date of installation, but not greater that 15 months from the original date of shipping. If within this warranty period any items should prove to be defective, the defective part or parts shall be repaired or replaced at Plasticair’s option.  Parts not manufactured by Plasticair but installed by Plasticair in equipment sold to any customer shall carry the original manufacturer’s warranty only.

Contact Plasticair for prior authorization (PS#) before returning any part(s) or equipment(s).  Defective part(s) must be shipped to Plasticair with a written explanation of the defect.  All shipping, duties and tax charges for the defective part(s) shall be paid by the customer.  Plasticair will not be responsible for any special, incidental or subsequent damage arising from these defective parts, including the removal and reinstallation of them.  This warranty does not cover defects due to improper assembly, misuse or abuse of equipment, alterations, and normal wear and tear. If a motor is defective, contact the local authorized motor dealer for that brand – do not send motors back to Plasticair.
